5 Minute Movement: Daily Reminders to Stretch and Strengthen
Movement can alleviate a lot of the pain we experience, and getting started is often the hardest part. With 5 Minute Movement, you’ll move every day with short videos and prompts direct to your phone.
You might feel stiff when you get up from the couch, or have new random pains of unknown origin, or have forgotten how to squat down to the floor with ease.
Improve your mobility and strength, and have a little fun with this monthly subscription!
5 Minute Movement: Daily Reminders to Stretch and Strengthen is designed to disrupt our long sessions sitting at the dining-room-table-turned-desk, and to remind us all that we are inherently resilient.
Each day’s message is from me, your movement motivator, encouraging you to get up (or lay down) and make a shape that you haven’t made yet today, stretching tight areas or stealthily strengthening. You’ll feel better and more focused when you’re done!
HOW IT WORKS:
you’ll receive a text message directly to your phone with a link to the day’s video, 7 days a week
we’ll use occasional household items but no need a home gym
make a request for movements you’d like to work on
choose from a month-to-month or yearly subscription
THE BENEFITS YOU RECEIVE:
new moves every day to care for every part of your body
more mobility and flexibility through daily practice
ways to ease anxiety through breath and movement

I love helping people get rid of pain and build sustainable, realistic movement practices. From personal experience, I know that pain can really put a wrench in hopes and dreams, and get in the way of simple daily activities. The remedy for our discomfort is often much easier than it seems: movement.
In developing 5 Minute Movement, I recognize that a variety of movements throughout the week helped to maintain movement capacity, especially for folks who sit or stand for long periods of time (which has also been me in the past and sometimes currently too).
Inside 5 Minute Movement, you'll explore stretching, strengthening, mobility, self massage, acupresssure/shiatsu points, and more from the vast toolbox I’ve cultivated over the past 17 years!
